Set or query the IR test time.

Examples:

:IRESistance:TTIMe 5.0 set the IR test time to 5 sec.

:IRESistance:TTIMe? return 005.0 if the IR test time setting is 5 sec.

Function:

Set or query the GB test current.

Syntax:

:GBONd:CURRent <NR1>

:GBONd:CURRent?
